Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Within Australia

  • We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal partners.

International Shipping

  • At this stage, we do not ship internationally. If you are based in NZ and would like to place an order, please reach out to us via email.

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or goes missing in transit, please contact us via email. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
